A portrait of Our Wind Co-op was provided during the American Wind Energy Association’s annual conference in March of 2004. Entitled Exploring Joint Green Tag Financing and Marketing Models for Energy Independence, the presentation was made during a session on “Wind Energy for Farms, Homes and Small Business.”

The Northwest Cooperative Development Center’s central role in the setup and incorporation of Our Wind Co-op is highlighted as a Success Story and an Energy Related project on USDA Rural Development’s Business & Cooperative Service website.
